This site will feature my thoughts and views on hair care and nutrition. I have so many titles and have worked so hard in this field of study and yet the road seems blurry like there is such a long way to go still. The salon has come such a long way and it has helped so many people along the way. Its grown and developed into a place geared towards more than just hair styles, with a vision towards hair care and maintenance as well as proper nutrition. I hope to help sort through health issues using the powers of the foods we eat daily.
